2. Provide Dimensions (Optional)
For more refined estimates, upload your 2D plans or manually input room dimensions using our Room Wizard. This allows the AI to calculate precise wall areas and floor areas.
3. AI Generation
BuildEstimate AI processes your inputs and instantly generates a comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQ), material quantity summary, and an AI-assisted cost estimate based on local rates.
4. Export & Share
Review your estimate and export it as a professional PDF report. You can easily share the summary with clients or stakeholders directly via WhatsApp or email.
