How a drawing becomes a BOQ
- 01 — UPLOAD
Drop a PDF or DXF plan. No drawings? Enter built-up area, floors and specification and start from there.
- 02 — MEASURE
Quantities are taken off element by element (excavation, concrete, steel, masonry, finishes), following IS 1200 rules.
- 03 — RATE
Every line is priced at your city's material and labour rates. Override any rate; the change stays with the project.
- 04 — ISSUE
Export the BOQ, a purchase list with wastage, and a PDF report your client can read and sign.
A BOQ your client can actually read
Item-wise, numbered and totalled, with your margin and taxes shown on their own lines. It's the same document you'd make in Excel, without the evening spent making it.
- 1Quantities you can check. Every figure traces back to an element and its dimensions.
- 2Rates from your city. Local market rates, or CPWD DSR for government work.
- 3Margin and GST in the open. Set your margin and overheads; GST is added on top.
