Information We Collect

We collect information to provide and improve our AI-assisted construction estimation services. The types of data we collect include:

Account Data: Name, email address, phone number, and encrypted password when you register an account.
Project Data: Floor plans, BOQ drafts, material quantity inputs, local rates, room dimensions, construction specifications, and project details you upload or enter to generate estimates.
Uploaded Files & Drawings: DXF/CAD files, PDF floor plans, and images you upload for the Blueprint Reader feature. These are processed in-memory or on our server and are not shared externally. DXF files are discarded after quantity extraction; PDF/images processed by AI Vision are never stored permanently.
Usage Data: Information on how you interact with our AI Copilot, dashboard features, and platform tools, including session logs for debugging and improvement.
Payment Data: Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. BuildEstimate AI does not store your card numbers, UPI IDs, or bank account details. We only receive a payment confirmation and order reference from Razorpay.
Feedback & Demo Form Data: Any information you voluntarily provide through our feedback forms, demo request forms, or contact forms.
Support Communications: Emails or messages you send to buildestimateai@gmail.com for support, billing, or general inquiries.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect in the following ways:

To provide, operate, and maintain our AI-assisted estimation and BOQ platform.
To generate construction estimates, BOQ drafts, and PDF reports based on your project inputs.

Data Retention

We retain your account data and project data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us at buildestimateai@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Third-Party Services

Razorpay: Payment processing. Subject to Razorpay's Privacy Policy.
Google AI (Gemini): Used for AI Vision blueprint analysis. File data is processed per Google's data processing terms.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties for commercial or marketing purposes.

Security of Your Data

We take data security seriously. We use industry-standard encryption, secure HTTPS connections, and strict server-side validation to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users as required by applicable law.
