It is not a licensed engineering firm, architectural service, structural design authority, or government-sanctioned estimation service. All outputs must be independently verified by qualified professionals before use in construction, procurement, or legal proceedings.

1. Nature of Service

BuildEstimate AI is an AI-assisted construction estimation software tool. It helps professionals and students prepare faster planning estimates, BOQ drafts, and material quantity summaries based on user-provided inputs and regional rate data.

BuildEstimate AI is not a licensed architect, structural engineer, or civil engineering firm.
BuildEstimate AI does not provide structural certification, architectural approval, or government building plan approval.
BuildEstimate AI does not replace qualified civil engineers, structural engineers, architects, or licensed professionals.
Outputs are approximate planning estimates suitable for discussion, budgeting, and early-stage decision-making only.

2. AI Estimates — Approximate Nature

BuildEstimate AI uses artificial intelligence and machine learning models to generate Bills of Quantities (BOQs), material quantity summaries, and construction cost estimates based on user inputs. These estimates are approximate and for planning purposes only.

Warning: You must always have the final estimates, structural designs, BOQs, architectural drawings, and construction decisions verified by a qualified civil engineer, structural engineer, architect, or licensed professional before commencing any physical construction, tendering, procurement, or billing. Do not treat any output from BuildEstimate AI as a certified engineering report, structural design approval, or government-sanctioned estimate.

3. User Responsibilities

By using BuildEstimate AI, you agree that:

You are solely responsible for verifying all estimates, quantities, rates, and BOQs generated by BuildEstimate AI before using them for construction, procurement, tendering, or any contractual purpose.
You will not use BuildEstimate AI outputs as final certified construction documents without professional verification.
You understand that professional verification by a qualified civil engineer, structural engineer, or architect is mandatory before execution.
You will not represent BuildEstimate AI outputs as government-approved estimates, certified engineering reports, or legally valid construction documents.
You will not use outputs for statutory purposes without obtaining required approvals from relevant local authorities and licensed professionals.

4. Blueprint Reader Disclaimer

Blueprint extraction features (DXF/CAD, PDF/Image AI Vision) are AI-assisted and may not detect all dimensions, layers, openings, structural members, or hidden details. Users must verify extracted areas, wall lengths, doors, windows, and quantities before applying them to an estimate. BuildEstimate AI is not liable for errors resulting from AI blueprint extraction used without professional verification.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BuildEstimate AI, nor any of its officers, directors, or employees, be held liable for:

Construction losses, cost overruns, or damages arising from unverified use of generated estimates, BOQs, or PDF reports.
Any structural failure, safety incident, or regulatory non-compliance resulting from reliance on BuildEstimate AI outputs without professional verification.
Financial losses resulting from procurement, tendering, or construction decisions made based on unverified BuildEstimate AI outputs.
Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive liability arising from use of this platform.

By using BuildEstimate AI, you expressly acknowledge that the platform is a planning tool and you assume full responsibility for verifying all outputs before execution.

6. License & Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, BuildEstimate AI and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on BuildEstimate AI. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from BuildEstimate AI for your own personal use, subject to restrictions set in these terms.

You must not:

Republish material from BuildEstimate AI without attribution and permission
Sell, rent, or sub-license material from BuildEstimate AI
Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from BuildEstimate AI for commercial purposes
Redistribute content from BuildEstimate AI

7. User Content

Our service allows you to upload PDFs, floor plans, DXF drawings, and enter project details. You retain all rights to your user content. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, process, and store it solely for the purpose of providing BuildEstimate AI services (e.g., extracting quantities, generating estimates) to you. We do not share your project data with third parties for commercial purposes.

8. Payments & Subscriptions

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. BuildEstimate AI does not store your card, UPI, or bank account details. By upgrading to a paid plan, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. Subscription fees are charged as described on the Pricing page and are subject to the Refund Policy.

9. Modifications to Terms

BuildEstimate AI reserves the right to revise these terms at any time. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the current version of these terms. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
