Partner Terms & Conditions

1. Relationship

As a Partner, you are an independent contractor. You are not an employee, agent, or representative of BuildEstimate AI. You cannot bind BuildEstimate AI to any agreements or make promises on our behalf.

2. Commission & Customer Discount

• Partner Commission: You earn a fixed commission of ₹300 for every successful new Pro plan subscription using your active partner code.
• Customer Discount: The customer gets a flat ₹100 off their first Pro payment when they apply your active partner code at checkout.

3. Payouts

• Minimum Payout: You must have a minimum of ₹500 in approved commission before a payout is processed.
• Timeline: Payouts are processed within 15 days after commission approval and payout details verification.
• Mode: Payouts are made exclusively via UPI or Indian Bank Transfer.

4. Attribution & Coupons

• We use a 30-day cookie window for referral links.
• If a customer explicitly enters a different valid coupon code at checkout, the coupon code overrides any previously stored referral link attribution.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• If a referred customer requests a refund or the payment is cancelled/disputed within 15 days, the corresponding commission will be reversed and deducted from your account.
• Only cleared, non-refunded payments generate eligible commission.

6. Anti-Fraud & Prohibited Activities

• No Self-Referrals: You cannot use your own partner code to get a discount on your own account.
• No Spam: Do not send unsolicited emails or spam social media groups.
• No Fake Claims: Do not claim that BuildEstimate AI provides 100% accurate, government-approved, or guaranteed final costs. BuildEstimate AI provides planning-level estimates only. Final execution should be verified by a qualified civil professional.
• Abuse of the program, fraud, or violation of these terms will lead to immediate account blocking and forfeiture of all pending commissions.
